Spent a full afternoon fighting a drawer slide gap that was just a 2mm shim issue
After 4 hours of adjusting and re-drilling holes in a custom maple drawer box for a client in Portland, I finally realized the face frame was sitting proud by a hair and a scrap piece of veneer as a shim fixed it in 10 minutes, has anyone else chased a fit problem that turned out to be something that simple?
