Tbh, I just lost a full day's work to a bad batch of drawer slides

Honestly, I didn't check the packaging date and they were corroded inside, so I had to redo everything. Anyone know a reliable supplier that dates their hardware?

Check the packaging date before opening next time.

Wait, didn't I see something about how those dates can be misleading? Like "best by" isn't the same as "expires on".

Yeah, and like Susan_Bell said, check the packaging date, but also sniff test it. My milk was fine a week past the date on the carton.
