Finished a massive panel cleanup today. Night and day from last month.

We had a 400a panel that looked like a rat's nest of cables after three different crews touched it. 8 hours of labeling and rerouting later, I can actually trace every line without pulling my hair out. Anyone else deal with panels that got handed off too many times?

Whoever was the second or third crew that touched it, what were they thinking? Did they even look at the prints before they started jamming wires in? I've seen guys just land things on the first open breaker they see and walk away. That kind of work always comes back to haunt someone.

Yeah, I started taping the breaker label to the back of the panel cover on my jobs after I spent three hours tracing a nightmare like that on a Saturday call.
