Hit 300 installs and realized my speed argument was nonsense
I used to rush every job because I figured more houses per day meant more money, and I was doing about 6 a day in the Dallas area. Last month I crossed 300 lifetime installs for this one contractor and my callback rate dropped from 12 percent to 3 percent once I slowed down and actually tested every outlet before leaving. So for the guys who run 8 or 10 a day, how do you keep your callbacks low without cutting corners?
