A guy at the storage lot in Reno talked me out of putting my Mustang on a tarp
He saw me unrolling a blue tarp under the car and said tarps just trap moisture and rot the floor pans, so he ran an extension cord over and lent me his box fan to keep air moving for $0. I still think about that every time I see a car sitting on plastic in a lot. Anyone else hear this from older guys or is it just something people in dry climates say?
