DAE have a manager tell you to stop saying sorry in meetings, and it changed how you work?
My boss pulled me aside after a Tuesday standup in March and told me I said sorry 9 times in 15 minutes of talking, most of it for stuff that wasn't even my fault. Anyone else get called out for a word they didn't know they were wearing out?

Mine was "just." Every other sentence was "I just wanted to check" or "I just think." My manager counted them in one meeting and I couldn't stop hearing it after that. Now I catch myself and cut it, and people actually hear what I'm saying instead of waiting for the next hedge.
