Got laid off from my warehouse job in Columbus last month, and I found out 2 days before everyone else because I checked the state WARN list
If your company has more than 100 people, check your state's WARN notice page every Friday, because that's how I found my own layoff listed 2 days before HR called me in, and it gave me just enough time to grab copies of my review scores and start applying before 60 other people did the same thing.
