That moment at the coffee shop made me rethink my whole resume

I was sitting at a local coffee shop in Portland last Tuesday watching the barista handle a rush of 50 orders without missing a beat... it hit me that she had a system for everything from timing to customer follow-ups. I realized my resume just lists job duties but doesn't show any systems or workflows I actually use. Has anyone else found a way to highlight their daily processes on a resume without making it too long?

That barista probably has better workflow documentation than half the project managers I've met. My resume basically says "answered emails" while my actual system involves three different colored sticky notes and a prayer. Did you end up rewriting anything after that coffee epiphany?

Kept mine just as chaotic, but at least now I know my system works.
