The 9-to-5 office job I hated is now my favorite gig, here's why

I spent 6 years in a cubicle at a marketing firm in Austin and swore I'd never go back. But after a year of freelance chaos, inconsistent pay, and no benefits, I took a similar role at a smaller company and honestly, the structure does more for my mental health than the freedom ever did. Anyone else find that going back to a traditional setup actually reduced their stress, or am I the odd one out?

Freelance freedom just means you get to panic at home in your pajamas instead of the office, congrats.
