Table saw is finally cutting true after some tweaks. Why does plywood tear out on the underside of cuts?

Struggled with that for ages. A sharp blade with more teeth made all the difference for me.

The right tooth count prevents tear-out on materials like plywood. Switching to a 60-tooth blade for finish work stopped the ragged edges. A quick sharpen with a diamond stone every few projects keeps it cutting well. Also, the blade's hook angle affects how it handles different woods.

Sounds like half the battle is just admitting you need more teeth. Spent way too long blaming my shaky hands before I caved and bought a proper blade. Classic case of overthinking a simple fix.
