My uncle's seam tape advice nearly cost me a living room job
My uncle swore by iron-on seam tape for everything, so I used it on a plush carpet in a 400 sq ft living room last month in Columbus. The tape let go along a high-traffic path by the couch after just two weeks, and the homeowner had photos of the gap before I even got back. Has anyone else had iron-on tape fail on plush pile, or did I just do it wrong?
