Question about a random chat at the airport that saved my trip

My phone charger died in the Atlanta terminal, and a guy at the gate saw me panicking and gave me his spare. Anyone know a good brand for those portable battery packs that last?

That's the best kind of airport luck. I've had a few of those Anker ones for years, they just keep going. The brick they gave me is so old I think it still has a flip phone charge cycle in it.

Ha, my old battery pack is so weak it barely charges my phone. Maybe I should take my own advice and get a new one?

People get way too stressed about phone batteries. It's not like you're stuck on a desert island, there are outlets everywhere. Just plug it in for a bit and move on.
