A guy at the laundromat on 9th told me dryer lint is mostly skin and now I can't stop thinking about it
I was folding towels last Saturday at the place on 9th and Pine when this older guy next to me pointed at the lint trap and said most of that gray fuzz is dead skin cells. I laughed it off, then looked it up on my phone right there and found out he's basically right, skin flakes make up a big chunk of household dust. Now every time I clean the trap I just stare at it. The worst part is my cat sleeps in the clean laundry basket, so who knows what's in there. Does anyone else have a random fact like this that ruined a normal chore for them?
