That $40 I dropped on a water-resistant phone pouch for kayaking last June was a total bust
The seal gave out after two hours and my phone got fried anyway, so has anyone else had better luck with a dry bag brand that actually works?

Did you actually test it before you took it out on the water, or was this just a "hope it works" situation? Sometimes the user error is the real culprit, not the gear.

@the_holly maybe the real test is how well you know your own patience level before the waves start slapping.
