Unpopular opinion: I think the chatter lounge format is getting too structured

I heard a mod in a different lounge say 'we need more rules to keep things on track,' but I think that kills the whole point of a casual chat. Has anyone else felt their favorite lounge get too rigid lately?

Maybe it's just me but a few rules are fine. Too many and it starts feeling like homework instead of hanging out.

Nah, rules are what make the game fun though. They give you a solid world to play in so your choices actually matter. Without them you're just making stuff up on the spot.
