Hit 200 covers solo last Friday and it caught me off guard

We had a server call out sick and I ended up working the line by myself for dinner rush. I've done 150 before but 200 felt like a different beast. By the time we closed my right arm was shaking from all the plating. Has anyone else hit a new personal record on a rough shift and just stood there in shock after?

...and yeah @mark_price I literally did the walk-in stare thing for a good five minutes. I read some chef's blog where he said after a 200 cover solo his hand was cramped for two days and I thought he was exaggerating. Now I get it. My right forearm feels like I did a thousand reps at the gym and I dropped a full pan of sauce at the end because my grip just gave out.

Holy crap, 200 solo? Your arm should be shaking, that's practically a war injury at that point. I bet you walked into the walk-in and just stared at a wall for five minutes after close, right? That's not a personal record, that's a survival story. I hit 175 once on a double and thought I was hot stuff, but 200 alone is just showing off. Your right arm earned its vacation for the next week, go easy on it.

Heard a story from my buddy who did 190 solo once and he said his hand was stuck in a claw shape for like an hour after, couldn't even hold his beer. That's rough @mark_price, but honestly 200 is a whole different league of punishment, your forearm must have been screaming. My max is 150 and I felt like I got hit by a bus, so mad respect for pushing through the pain.
