Saw multiple cross-contamination issues that could make diners sick.

Yikes, that sounds like a real problem! I once just asked a worker about their cleaning steps after seeing messy counters. Why not say something before it makes people sick?

Yeah, about asking a worker. My buddy did that once after he saw a cook handle raw chicken then bread without washing up. The guy just shrugged and said "relax, it all cooks." My friend did not relax. He left.
