My brother in law said cutting meat was pointless for the planet, and now I keep thinking about it
We were at a cookout in Fresno over Memorial Day, and he told me he quit beef 2 years ago because of the water and land it takes. I kind of laughed it off at the time, said something dumb about how one burger doesnt matter. Then he pulled up the numbers on his phone and just handed it to me. The part that got me is that it wasnt some website, it was a real study from a university. I still dont know what to do with that. Ive cut back but I havent quit, and honestly I keep going back and forth on whether a single person changing lunch does anything at all. Anyone here actually made a food change stick and felt like it was worth it?
