My heat pump upgrade vs my old baseboard heaters, no contest

Swapped out electric baseboards for a heat pump last February, and my power bill dropped from $310 to $140 in the coldest week. Has anyone else made that switch and seen utility numbers that surprised them?

“No contest” might be overselling it a bit. Your old baseboards were electric, which is the most expensive way to heat, so almost anything beats them.
