Neighbor swore that composting in an apartment would stink up the whole place

Been running a small worm bin under my kitchen sink for 3 months now and the only smell is a faint earthy dirt smell, so who was wrong about that?

Hate when that happens. My bin got too wet last month and the whole thing started smelling like old gym socks mixed with rotting potatoes. Had to dump the whole setup and start over. It's a real headache when the moisture gets out of control. Makes me want to just give up on the whole worm project sometimes.
