The solar panels on my garage roof stopped working after a bird nest fiasco
I put up panels 3 years ago in Portland and they were fine until last month. A scrub jay built a nest under one panel and the wires got chewed up. Took me two weekends to clean it out and redo the connections. Has anyone else had trouble with animals messing up their setup?

Had a buddy in Eugene who found raccoons sleeping on his panels every morning for a week.

Did the raccoons actually cause any damage or were they just hogging the warm spot?
