Warning: I used to think a gas mower was the only way to cut my lawn in under an hour.

Switched to a Ryobi electric mower last spring, and it's just as fast, plus I'm not breathing fumes. Anyone have a good way to recycle the old gas mower in the Kansas City area?

How's the battery life holding up on that Ryobi? I made the same switch a few years back and never looked back.

My 4ah battery still gets me through a full Saturday of yard work, which is all I ask. I totally get why you never looked back, @jordan_webb. The best part is just grabbing a tool and knowing it'll work without hunting for an outlet. I did have to replace one older battery after about five years, but that's not bad.
