PSA: I thought the new coolant sensor was just another shop gadget

Our foreman installed one on the old Mazak last month and I figured it was a waste of money. It caught a pump failure on a Friday night run, saving a $3,500 spindle from running dry. Anyone else have a tool they doubted that actually saved them?

Those sensors are sneaky good like that. We put one on a grinder and it caught a clog before it toasted the wheel.
