My friend's kid in Austin asked me to explain a for loop with a pizza analogy

I was helping my friend's 10 year old, Leo, with his first Scratch project last month. He got stuck on loops, so I said imagine you have a pizza and need to tell your friend to take 8 slices. Instead of saying 'take a slice' eight times, you say 'for each of the 8 slices, take one'. His eyes lit up and he built the loop in five minutes. What other simple analogies do you use for basic coding ideas?
