You called them "home roasts" which is a bit off - they're actually called "home roasts" by some people but the more common term is "home roasting" or just "roasting your own beans." Sorry, I'm a bit pedantic about coffee stuff, my buddy got me into it last year and I fell down the rabbit hole hard. But anyway, 200 roasts is wild, man. That's a lot of coffee. I've only done maybe 30 or so and I already feel like I'm throwing money at green beans like they're going out of style.

Yeah, you're right about the "home roasts" thing, I always just called them that but I see now how "home roasting" makes more sense. I used to think it didn't matter much but you kind of changed my mind on that.
