I finally threw out my blade grinder after 6 years and switched to a hand grinder
Used to buzz beans in a $20 blade grinder every morning, never knew why my pour over tasted bitter and muddy. Bought a $45 hand grinder in March and the same beans from the shop on 5th now taste sweet and clean, takes me about 90 seconds to crank 20 grams. Anyone else notice a jump like this when they made the switch, or was it just my old blades being dull?
