PSA: Don't buy a $200 espresso machine off Amazon like I did

I thought I was getting a deal last Black Friday when I snagged this compact machine for $180 off. Thing lasted exactly 3 months before the pump made this awful grinding noise and just gave up. Now it's a fancy paperweight on my counter since the warranty process is a nightmare. Has anyone else had luck fixing these things or should I just cut my losses and save up for something better?

Three months is pretty rough but $200 espresso machines are kinda known for being disposable. Might be worth trying to fix it yourself with a youtube video before you chunk it, could just need a new pump.
