That fancy espresso scale was worth every penny for my morning ritual
Dropped $85 on a scale with 0.1g accuracy after eyeballing doses for 2 years, and my shots finally stopped tasting sour across the board. Anyone else find that weighing beans fixed their inconsistent pulls or am I just late to the party lol?

Ha, welcome to the party, better late than never! Once you start weighing the dose, you'll want to weigh your output too, and that ratio is where the real magic happens. Dialing in a 1:2 in to out in about 30 seconds changed my whole game way more than the scale itself did.
