Barista in Austin told me to order a cortado not a flat white

Tried it and she was right, the 4oz drink actually has real coffee taste instead of just milk foam, anyone else been schooled by a pro like that?

Man, it's just coffee, not a life lesson. Some people get weirdly intense about drink names when it's really just milk and espresso ratios. You can call it whatever you want and it'll still taste the same.
