Found out my local cafe has a 90 minute wifi cutoff and it changed how I work
I was camped out at this place in Austin called Brew & Byte for like 4 hours last Tuesday when my laptop just dropped connection. Turned out they cap the wifi at 90 minutes per device unless you buy something every couple hours. At first I was annoyed but honestly it pushed me to actually take breaks and talk to the guy next to me who turned out to be a designer. Now I just plan my sessions around it and hit two different spots in a day. Anyone else run into cafes with time limits like this, or is it just an Austin thing?
