Thought the $6.50 oat latte at the place on 5th was a scam, went 4 times in one week
There is a small spot on 5th near the library that charges $6.50 for an oat milk latte. I walked past it for two weeks thinking no way it beats my $2.75 drip at home. My friend kept saying the foam was worth it so I finally went in on a Tuesday. It is legit. The foam is thick, the espresso is not bitter, and the wifi is solid so I got 3 hours of paperwork done without anyone bothering me. Now I have spent $26 there in a week and I don't even feel bad about it. What is the most you will pay for a coffee if the spot is actually good for working?

My wallet says $5 max but my caffeine addiction and desire to look busy on my laptop say otherwise. That foam tax adds up quick, huh?
