A guy at my shop's comic swap quoted me $200 for a Hulk 181, then switched it to $600 when I pulled cash out
This was at the monthly swap in Sacramento two weeks ago, and I just walked away and told the organizer instead of paying. Has anyone else run into sellers who flip the price the second they see real money?
