Found my old long boxes at my parent's house in Tulsa, now I'm hooked on re-reading

Went back home for the weekend and dug out 3 long boxes from the 90s that I thought my mom tossed. First issue I pulled was X-Men #25 from 1993, the one with Magneto ripping out the adamantium. I spent 4 hours reading through those old bags and boards, and it made me realize how much I miss the physical feel of back issues. Any other fans keep their childhood collections stored somewhere and only rediscover them on a visit?

Did the plastic smell hit you right when you opened that X-Men #25? That old bag and board aroma is half the nostalgia trip for me.
