@mila_brown10 you're asking the real questions. I had a GPS once that said 20 minutes but with lights and traffic it was more like 35. I swear some stoplights are timed just to mess with you.

Real talk, I'd also factor in parking time. Like, I saved 12 minutes on the actual bike route but another 5-7 because I didn't have to circle the block three times looking for a spot or walk from the far end of the lot. You gotta add that extra buffer of walking from your car versus locking up right at the front door, it adds up quick.
