PSA: I took the surface streets instead of the highway during that big storm last Tuesday.
The 405 was a total parking lot, but my alternate route through Culver City still added 40 minutes. Has anyone found a reliable app for real-time flood warnings on local roads?

Check Waze's hazard reporting for that.

Good call from @the_wyatt on using Waze for hazards. It really does help you avoid a lot of trouble on the road. That app has saved me more than once.
