Craziest week I ever had - fixed 3 computers that were 'dead' and they all just had loose power cables
Last Tuesday a guy brought in a Dell that wouldn't turn on, charged him $40 to reseat the 24 pin connector. Then Thursday another one with the exact same issue, and Friday a third. Am I the only one who gets paranoid about PSU cables coming loose after moving a PC or do you guys see this as a regular thing too?

Oh man, "loose power cables" is basically 90% of my business some weeks. Your mileage may vary but I swear my own PC at home has a phantom loose cable that only acts up when I have a deadline. I reseated the 24 pin on my own rig three times last month and I am not ashamed. At this point I blame gravity and clumsy elbows more than the hardware itself.

Ugh, that's the worst, I feel your pain with those phantom cables.

Is it really that deep though?
