Customer roasted my cable routing on a $95 tune up, now I do it different
Had a guy in Mesa last month ask why his case looked like a rat nest after I swapped his PSU, and honestly he was right, zip ties everywhere. Now I spend the extra 5 minutes on velcro and routing, but is that fair to charge for on a flat rate job or should it just be included? Curious how you all handle it.
