Customer told me his WiFi router 'needs a new battery' and I almost corrected him
I was at a job in Mesa fixing a 6 year old desktop for a retiree who said he'd been unplugging his router every night to 'let it rest,' and it made me realize we always push specs and speed when most people just want to stop being scared of the box in the corner.

Ngl, we should push specs, because scared customers just unplug things and make it worse.
