Fixed 9 machines in one Tuesday at the shop on Grand Ave
Two techs called out sick at the Grand Ave shop so it was just me and a mountain of tickets, and somehow everything clicked. A Dell with a dead boot drive, a laptop full of dust bunnies causing thermal shutdowns, a POS terminal with a corrupted profile, all of them got knocked out before 4pm. The one that really got me was a water damaged MacBook that a customer had already written off, and I got the board cleaned up and it posted on the second try. Now I am chasing that feeling again and wondering if it was luck or if I should change how I triage on normal days. How do you all order your queue when you are flying solo?
