Just saw a guy rebuild a whole server rack with zip ties at a McDonald's in Topeka

I was grabbing a McFlurry last Tuesday around 2pm and some guy had a Dell PowerEdge 730xd laid out on a booth table. He was using zip ties to hold the drive caddies because one snapped off. The manager came over and asked him to leave but he just said 'almost done' and slapped the side panel back on. Has anyone else run into clients trying to fix enterprise gear in weird spots like that?

McDonald's IT support is getting wild these days.

My buddy Mike called their helpline last week because the app kept crashing during a mobile order. He got connected to some guy named "Shane" who kept asking if he'd tried turning the phone off and on again, even after Mike said he had like three times. Then Shane put him on hold for 15 minutes and came back asking about the McFlurry machine status for some reason. Mike was so confused he just hung up and went to Dairy Queen instead.
