My photo trick for motherboard repairs cut my callbacks
I used to rely on memory when pulling apart boards for repair, and customers would bring back half-working PCs. Started snapping a quick picture of every connection before I touch anything, and now I get it right the first time. What's your best habit for avoiding repeat visits?

You were doing all that from memory before? That's wild! I can't even remember what I had for breakfast. I'd for sure mix up a fan header with a front panel connector, and then the power button wouldn't work. Taking a picture is such a simple fix, I'm shocked you ever tried it the other way. That must have saved you so much headache.
