The day I fixed 17 laptops but missed a single bad RAM stick until 5pm
Last Tuesday in Portland was chaos, I swapped drives, cleaned fans, reloaded Windows on 17 machines before lunch. Then one Dell kept blue-screening and I spent 4 hours reflashing the BIOS before realizing it was the one stick of RAM I never tested. Anybody else get tunnel vision like that, or do you run full diagnostics first even when the queue is long?
