My old bull float vs the magnesium one I bought in April

I used a steel bull float for 8 years and always fought with it sticking and tearing the cream, then I grabbed a magnesium float at a supply house in Tulsa and the difference on a hot day is night and day. Anyone else switch materials and notice their finish time drop way down?
