Rant: I thought wet curing was a waste of time, but a cracked slab proved me wrong.

Seriously? Wet curing always seemed like extra work to me too. But a cracked slab is a harsh way to learn its value. What were the conditions that led to the crack, like the mix or weather?

Sometimes a bad mix or hot weather will crack slabs no matter how much you baby them with water.
