The difference a single day made on a 30-yard pour in Phoenix
We had a big commercial floor pour scheduled for a Monday, but the supplier had a truck issue and pushed it to Tuesday. The Monday forecast was 105 degrees, Tuesday was 78 with cloud cover. We used the same crew, mix, and tools. The Tuesday pour finished with zero crazing and a near perfect finish. The Monday crew, who did a similar job across town, spent the next morning patching a spiderweb of cracks. It hammered home how much one degree on the thermometer can cost you in callbacks. What's the biggest temp swing you've had to work around on a job?

That's why you always check the forecast twice.

Oh, it's the same with checking if you locked the front door.
