Moon landing photos, I was wrong for 20 years
I spent two decades sure the Apollo footage was studio work. The waving flag and odd shadows seemed too obvious. Then I read a breakdown by a NASA engineer who calculated the flag movement from the astronauts bumping the pole, not wind. He also showed how the multiple light sources on the ground explained the shadow angles perfectly. After checking the math myself with a simple geometry app, it clicked. Has anyone else flipped on a classic conspiracy after looking at the actual numbers?

Oh man, same here! I was dead set on the whole thing being fake until I tried to redo their shadow math myself and it lined up too perfectly to be a studio trick.
