My garage door opener started opening on its own at 3am

Last Tuesday I woke up to my garage door rolling up at 3:15 AM, no cars outside, no one pressing buttons. I checked the remote batteries, the wall panel, even the wiring harness, still did it again the next night. Anyone else have a smart home device that went rogue like this, or am I dealing with something else weird here?

Is this an older opener that uses the same frequency as some new wireless devices? I had this happen once and it turned out my neighbor's new smart TV remote was triggering it.
