Ran into an old coworker who still swears the moon landing was faked
He looked me dead in the eye at a gas station outside Tucson and said 'they filmed it on a soundstage, I saw the original footage before they scrubbed it,' and I still don't know how to respond to someone that certain without any evidence.

Man, what was his actual proof beyond just saying he saw something?

Like when people just say "I saw something" without backup, I think about my buddy Mark from work. He swore he saw a weird light over his backyard last summer but when I asked him if he got video or pictures he just shrugged and said it happened too fast. Makes you wonder if people are actually seeing stuff or just want to be part of the story.
