Rant: The week my town's water tower got repainted and the 'tests' started
They closed off the entire reservoir park in Cedar Falls for 5 days last month, citing 'routine maintenance' and a new paint job on the main tower. That same week, three different city trucks were parked on my street taking water samples from the hydrant, which they've never done in the 12 years I've lived here. Has anyone else seen weirdly coordinated 'infrastructure work' paired with sudden environmental testing?
