The census map that broke my brain about the 2020 count
So I was looking at the actual census tract data for my neighborhood in Philly last night, specifically the 19143 zip code, and the response rate was 61.4%. But then I cross referenced it with the voting rolls and found out our block has 3x the registered voters than what the census counted as adults. I know undercounts happen but that gap seems huge. Has anyone else dug into their local numbers and found something that didn't add up?

Same thing happened in my grandma's neighborhood in Detroit, 48235 had a 58.9% response rate but the voter file showed way more people living there than the census counted. I figured it was a timing thing with move-ins or something, but honestly it makes you wonder how off the real numbers are everywhere.
